OK, so I've got loads of vegetable spaghetti marrows growing nicely but have got no idea what to do with them!!

Does anyone have any yummy recipes for them?

Don't know an exotic way - we just simmer 25 min & then scrape out the flesh with a fork. = Tim

Can't go wrong with a little shake of salt, a grind of black pepper and a smidge of butter!? I just use a a side veg, you could always cut in half and bake it with a dash of olive oil, salt & pepper for a more concentrated flavour. Jemma x ;)

Same as Jemma for me,Olive oil or butter, a good grind of black pepper and a good grate of nutmeg. (plus salt if you like it!)
