Eat it raw, grated in salads! Or there is beetroot cake! Just cooked and eaten hot,(with or without a sauce) roasted with balsamic, or there are a few nice curry recipes...............I am just jealous cos mine are still tiny :'( When I made betroot wine, I thought it had an "earthy" taste to it, wasn't one of my favorites, but if I ever get an excess, might give it another go!
