we decided to change run today all the girls are now in same run,opened up our fruit cage so they can be cleaning that for us but we have fenced them off the rhubarb patch as it is now starting to grow,got 11 eggs today 5 from the new hens,i put out 1 1/2 doz eggs at gate from yesterday, and wind blow box over that they were in, lost 6 eggs ,money jar broke aswell,well we had 4 off the broken eggs for dinner i made an omelet with them other 2 were just a bit cracked, and sold a doz that were OK, they went a bit crazy because hubby decided to rotate a bit off there ground they were picking for the worms! trying to follow his tractor. :D :D
