My plots
« on: January 12, 2008, 15:51:00 »
Today I managed to dig my plots over again, and taking advice from a member here divided my plots into foot squares.  Placed netting over to stop the cats from fouling and to protect my garlic :)

I have 36 square foot, so easier for me to plan now.

That's a really good idea when you've not got much room. Have you planned what to do with it all yet?
For myself I am an optimist - it does not seem to be much use being anything else.

I have more beds at the top of the garden, which I have done the same too.
But as I am a beginner and learning which plants need what space, I thought I would take the advice given on board.

I was expecting the soil to go lumpy when I did it, but it was lovely!!

You have a lovely bit of growing land there!  I am envious.

Breaking the plot into square meters makes it much easier to develop and manage a planting plan.
