what if anything should i be feeding in the garden please?

I have cabbage, brussels, purple sprouting, onions, shallots etc in the garden should i be feeding anything and what about the empty soil?

But if you can get a load of muck from somewhere - store it now and cover it over to rot down ready for spreading in the spring - thats what feeds the soil!
