How many votes does the chairman get in a committee meeting?

Chairman should not vote,
unless there is a tie,
when (s)he has the casting vote.

Our rules allow the chairman a second deciding vote if there is a tie... and they are from the NASLG (National) model rules so if your site is affiliated to the National possibly two if needed.
