Jeannine - thank you so much, a lovely Christmas ornament and......... best of all, loads of lovely Winter Squash seeds! I should have guessed it was you, who else would have such a diverse collection of Squash seeds!!

I adore Pumpkins and Squash and can't wait for Spring to come now!!

Hope you liked your cookery books, I know you like to bake, hope there are some recipes that you don't already have.

Tom you are very welcome. I hope it's something you like to grow and that they all germinate and grow to their full potential.

Now I know, Thank you Weed digga, it seems we swapped to each other, now I know why you mentioned the books after I thanked anonymously, the books are great, thank you again, there are lots in there I didn't know so am very happy for them to join my cookery library.

Much love XX Jeannine

care of Trixiebelle – thank you Trixiebelle! ;D

and thanks very much to Tin Shed for all my loverly pressies!! (I've been meaning to buy myself a garden kneeler for ages, apparently I make involuntary "oof" noises when getting up ::)) and my old gardening gloves and secateurs have just about worn out so your pressies will go straight into action as soon as it stops raining – thank you!!

I'd also like to say thank you very much to my (anonymous) secret Santa for the imaginative 'grow your own beanstalk', mug to drink my coffee in whilst I wait for it to grow and the bath stuff to relax in afer all that hard work!  Such a super, thoughtful gift.  ;D

G x

Well here it is, the 'magic beanstalk'.  The seed case was very dark brown, 4cm long and 2.5cm wide.  (And yes, it does say 'Happy Christmas' on it!)  Does anyone have any idea what sort of bean it is?
