Japanese Onion seedlings about 10cms - what now?
« on: October 04, 2007, 14:54:32 »
Can someone please help me out.  I planted out my Japanese onion seeds about 4 - 6 weeks ago.  They are now healthy little plantlets and I want to know if I must move them into the open ground now singularly or in the little bunches (from the old seed trays) I used.  I also have another variety of bunching onion that I presume I must now plant out into the open ground in the bunches.. ::)

The few I planted out last year were overrun by weeds - any ideas please

Thanks

If you can't be a good example -- then you'll just have to be a horrible warning....
