You started on your Anyas already Tim? How do they compare to Pink Fir? Must have a look under mine to see what is happening, they are the ones I am looking forward to the most! Great Pics ;D

Moggle - haven't tried all - gave some to daughter & others. RDY were very fluffy. They were grown on a very poor strip of land.

Doris - nice texture, like PF but - on first tastings - nothing special with flavour. Could be the drought?
Great having very small haulms but, presumably, they won't store, so we're putting some of last year's PF in as well!! = Tim

8/3 - 9/3 - 4/4 - 9/4 - 16/4
BTW - RDY got blight 2 weeks ago so we chopped them, & the neighbouring Anya just in case. Hi Tim, next season I hope to grow some potatos. What variety can you recommend for roasting? It would be great to serve up home grown roast potatos with my sunday lunch.

Jesseveve - life's too short to stuff a mushroom - I use whatever we've got, except salad varieties (but I even roast Pink Fir!) & vary the method. But try this. = Tim
