The terrible terriers and Sky
« on: September 09, 2007, 11:11:13 »

Hi there you pet people,Just thought you would like to know of Jack and Jill
Bedlington/Patterdale crossed. The most feisty little dogs I have ever come across.  They are over thirteen and we go for their walk, together with Sky, a labrador, before 6.30 on a morning winter and summer, all weathers.  This is to avoid other dogs who they will attack (even now)  rather than walk passed them.
We have had some exciting times I can tell you, more stressful for me than exciting.  Now they are both very deaf and not seeing well so its the same walk every day where they can be off the lead and run around, and yes I do take a chance.  Getting very good at hand signals, when they see them !
Sky loves chasing rabbits, cats and squirrels so we can have some eventful mornings.

They are loving, loyal little dogs and wouldn't  be without them but boy are they a handful, (still).

Thought they would have quieted down by now but are very fit (so am I).

Hope I will have them a few years yet though, but havn't heard of others being quite so bad.

Hotdog
