Can someone confirm that these are crabapples? The juice is pink.

what's inside - pips or a stone or ?? - only asking because it looks more like a cherry or some kind

Pips. The flesh is hard like an apple's and pinkish.

Cherries have serrated leaves. It looks like one called Evereste, but there a millions of different kinds of crab apples.
Gardening is the great leveller.
