When can you start leeks seeds off again as not sure about planting mine out as they don't look too good and been there since may/june

They are Prenora - planted 1 Jun 07.

Supposedly crop ' Jan-Mar'!

that's a quick and delicious looking crop Tim - mine planted about the same time are no-where near that big! :o
