Would sun drying peppers work in the same way as tomatoes?

Hi Aqui  yes it would the weather is perfect at the moment.
Have you got a mesh food cover, just put them on greaseproof paper and put the cover on and leave them in full sun.

Tim - no, don't be silly. I don't even have flowers on my peppers yet!

I was going to buy a load if they were cheap at the farm shop. But they weren't, so I didn't!
