Aubs are so stunted this year that the fruit is growing down into the bags, unseen, & giving slugs a heyday!

Interesting, though - Simpson's Farmer's Long seems indistinguishable from our sorely missed Macchiaw.

I really hate it when the molluscs do that.. and they change varieties just to make us buy the new ones they have developed... I stick with heritage as much as possible..
