my husband is obsessed with them! with the weather getting colder we brought them all in and he's having much fun eating them fried with chilli and served with fried eggs in the morning and he's currently making a large batch of green tomato based curry paste/ sauce to freeze.
any other ideas what we can do with them? he likes them better than red...
p.s. done the chutney too!

they are lovely! Bacon fat, porage oats etc?
I have my own way, but look at Google's 'green tomatoes' - lots of ideas - but if you fry them, do use the ones which are just ripening inside. - Tim

going to try green tomato and pumpkin samosas as seen on river cottage later and that should be the last of them!!
