Rhubarb looks poorly
« on: July 12, 2007, 14:28:05 »
HI Guys,

I just wanted to get some help with my rhubarb.

When i strimmed the weeds from around it i noticed that it looked a little odd, i though that if i gave it some time it would recover and it has not.

Basicaly and stems are all bent over and the leaves are like lace.

The rhubarb crowns were grown from seed 2 years ago and planted into membrane 6 weeks ago there were fine.

I am tempted to cut the membrane and add more compost and manure but is it 2 early in the season?

Help

Cambourne7

ps will try and get photos tonight.
