Freecycle Item: Suzuki Vitara Chrome Nudge Bar
« on: July 09, 2007, 22:48:27 »
I hope it's ok to put this here...  let me know if it's not!

I've had a chrome nudge bar for a Suzuki Vitara on Freecycle for a couple of weeks with no takers and I'm really reluctant to let my OH take it to the tip.  Does anyone want it FOC?

Would need to collect from Sacriston in Durham or arrange for collection by courier.

* Suzuki Vitara Chrome nudge bar.
* Few slight dings.
* Slight rusting but not visible.
* No fittings - bar only

Hope someone can make use of it :)

It's the bit that you see on the front of 4x4's to protect the front of the vehicle. Usually it looks like tubular steel that wraps around the lights / grille etc to stop the vehicle from being damaged off-road.

This one's chrome but you can get them painted or all sorts.

a bull bar - AH

Why not use it mounted on your garage to hang onions, garlic etc from?

We had one on one of our Landies (sold now).  It was particularly butch, and an off road incident had set it at a bit of an angle.  It was superb in town. Why? Nobody, however full of road rage, gives you any nonsense if you're in a battered Landy with a cockeyed bull bar.  ;D
