Like many folk I've lost pretty much everything on my plot due to flooding,

my saving grace was my beloved tomatoes in the greenhouse

Oh dear shades, sorry to hear about your toms - isn't this year a right pig?  We've only just started our plot thisyear, but have already pretty much lost everything - to say i'm depressed is an understatement  ::)

 :)bless you Kitten,

I thought the worst of the flooding was over on Friday , the river had gone down etc , but today plot worse than ever,

I t could be worse we have been on a flood warning for over a week, :(( I  would
rather lose my plot than my house)

Take care Kitten and don't give up, next year has to be better doesn't it? ::) / shades x

A big cyberhug from me too to everyone who has lost everything (or anything). When I look at our plot, which is all green and nothing else, with slugs and snails running around as if they own the place, I think of all those people who have worked their socks off and had the whole lot washed away.  Soul destroying. My thoughts go out to you all.

Summer ???   :P

No sign of blight here ............. yet ........ but no sign of toms either !

Well, I think I can find 3 fruit.  Might brave the elements in a mo and see if I can spot any more.

There have been a few blight warnings here but I don't think my toms will come to much anyway. The greenhouse ones have been neglected and the outdoor ones don't seem to be growing at all.
