White blister/rust

I think its this! that is causing my woe's! has anyone had it before? can i treat my healthy plants before it strikes again? if so what with? can't seem to be able to find much info?

How do you sterilize your plant pots too? as i need to do this i guess before re sowing! ???

don't panic, I think jeyes fluid's the cleaner for pots 'n' stuff..don't know anything about the disease though, sorry  :(

No as i've got rid of all the plants now! my fellow allotmenteers don't seem at all worried by it when i showed them??? said its probably nothing and that they have been attacked by the cold! which i suppose would make sense but im not convinced as it looked so much like white rust! and why has'nt anyone elses died? they had been hardened off  for at least 2 weeks!
They also said cabbages were ok, just watch and wait!
