with 50% off most seeds ..........  why don't we wait until end of May to place our main seed order ? could save a fortune

we sowed French Beans last season at end of June and again mid July (brought them back from a holiday in France) and had a great crop, continuing through to end of October / mid November

Apart from possibly, Toms, most stuff could be sown now and catch up with earlier sowings .....  unless someone knows different  ;)

Mikey, apart from parsnips and some onions I rarely do my shopping on time, some things I only buy every two or three years, I usually buy in quantity so I can over sow if I am worried but they still work out very much cheaper. 1 pound of corn seed is little more than the price of 2 packets, lots to share and still be financially ahead. I only ever buy some things when they are on sale. I would never pay £6.99 for  5 cucumber seeds but with careful buying I have had them free for the last five years, this year I did buy a couple of packets, but 50% off.  I tend to grocery shop the same way.

I agree with Jeannine and some of my supplies are ok for next year but having wandered through the site my order, if i still feel like placing it to use up my £2.50 voucher looks like

GWW0242 (25 seeds ) Squash: Summer: Scallop Mixed 0.84
GWW0475 (450 seeds ) Tomato: Pomodora Roma Nano ( plum tomato ) 0.84
GWW0440 ( 300 seeds ) Pea : Garden : Misty 0.84
GWW0464 ( 200 seeds ) Celeriac : Monarch 0.94
GWW6338 ( 25 seeds ) Sweet Pea : America 0.44
GWW6796 ( 50 seeds ) Stocks : Tudor Tapestry 1.09
GWW8952 ( 30 seeds ) Althaea Rosea Chaters Double Apricot 0.64
GWW0396 ( 200 seeds ) Pepper : Peperone Rubens (sweet pepper) 0.84
GWW0469 ( 600 seeds ) Tomato : Pomodoro Principle Borghese ( mini plum tom ) 0.84
GWW4513 ( 30 seeds ) Ipomoea tricolor candy pink 0.74

Some the stuff like the celeriac and the pea are to replace my stocks but the rest is just window shopping i liked the look of it or the description of the smell...

I bought lots of seeds from T&M last month... BUT I'm so tempted again. Things that were sold out last time are in stock now... T&M are so evil, I will be skint. >:( ::)
One thing I don't like is they charge 1.49 for postage. I think it's a bit steep...  :-\

I couldn't resist in the end and placed an order last night, just before the sale ended. :-[  I bought about 10 packets... ::)
