Just ordered 'How to Plant Your Allotment' by Caroline Foley RRP 9.99 on The Book People web site for 2.99!! AND Grow your own Veg' by Carol Klein RRP 16.99 for a bargain 4.99  :o

I'm hoping these will give me a little guidance as I'm new to veg growing and have a milliion and one questions. Anyway a friend said the Grow Your Own Veg TV programme was good so thought I'd give the book a go. It's written with the Royal Horticultural Society so I'm keeping my fingers crossed it'll give some good pointers to new gardeners in basic terms.

Thats a great price and i was looking at buying "Grow your own veg".

Postage is a bit high tho @ £3.50 but still a great saving. May get it when i get paid.

Oh no I should have put this message on earlier in the week cos when I ordered mine it was free P&P!! Sorry  :-[ I did have a voucher code as well but think it's on piece of paper I've put in recycle bin!! I'll have a look but can't promise I'll be able to find it.
