Daffs
« on: April 29, 2007, 18:10:47 »
A lot of blind dafs have come up this year, does this mean that they have out lived there usefulness.? or can the be redeemed,

Also a double bloom Rhododendron is growing off to one side with heavy buds is there a best time to prune them back in order to centralize the plant.,

Sorry to ask such amateurish questions but I need to learn.

Vony.

Vony, cut your daffs back once the foliage has gone brown.  Hoe in a nice amount of feed growmore or similar, water in well and just leave them.  Oh if they are enormous clumps, half them and replant & feed.Hope that helps you  Rosebud.
