Pepper plants

Should I repot my sweet pepper plants while they are in flower? There are a whole lot of roots coming out of the bottom!

Why?
Are they hardened off?
Are you not planting them out? = Tim

Yes-if you are going to grow them in pots-nine/ten inches will do.
