Rita the rabbit has had babies ;D

She's a pure-bred Black Rex and has been 'having liasons' with my neighbour Dario's dwarf dutch wabbits.

I stuck my hand (smothered in rabbit shite so it didn't upset her too much) into the nest today and got one out to show Alfie :D

IT WAS A LOVELY LITTLE THING! Can't wait until they're hopping around ;D

I've managed to count them today! FIVE ;D

2 pure silvery grey babies and 3 mottled white and grey. BEAUTIFUL!

Their little eyes are still closed but they managed to make a RIGHT racket when I picked them up ;D

And don't get me started on their ears ...... ;D
