« on: May 20, 2004, 11:34:31 »
Hi all,  8)
I sowed at the allotment on the 25th April 3 rows of French beans (I am in the south of the country) as yet I have no show :(
Surely they should be through by now  ??? any advice , as always ,gratefully received.
                                        Adrian.

Too dry, too wet, too cold, mice , millipedes - haven't a clue!! Normal = 7-14 days.

But the perfect reason for sowing indoors - if you have room. I know - whose windowsill is it! = Tim

I would think they should be poking their noses thru by now.  I planted mine on the 1st May and already they are up and looking like slug food!  ;D
