Nothing in Cambridgeshire at the moment - the sun is shining but the wind last night really got up - it certainly feels chillier!

Blew a gale all night here, with rain, sleet, snow and sun this morning! Lost a tile which landed in my coldframe- haven't been out to inspect the damage to my seedlings yet.  >:(At least the fence which has just been replaced after the last gales is still standing!

Very strong winds and hail in Lincoln.  I feel so sorry for the poor tortoishell butterfly that I saw yesterday.

Blowing a gale here, and we've just had our first hail shower.  Don't think it'll be the last though, the sky is full of clouds, but some blue bits too!  Glad i'm not at work tomorrow ...

yesterday I went on the met office site & it said hail here at 12 midday.  I read this out to OH who laughed.  This morning has been blustery but sunny then at 5 to twelve...... yep, the sun went in & it hailed - they didn't get that right - five minutes early remarked OH!  :)
