Fairly new to growing so still not quite sure what Im doing & now feeling even more clueless - In-laws have bought me a Gardman mini greenhouse for my birthday (4 shelf one). Thinking about what to grow in it & where to put it so thought Id say hello over here & run all my thought by you all:
Im going to put in in the garden rather than the plot & I assume it will need a sunny spot - our garden in north facing & hasnt had much sun all winter, although is starting to get some on the back fence - I presume it will do best against this?
What to grow in it is a much harder issue for me as I have NEVER grown much before, let alone under glass (well plastic in this case!)...Im thinking atm of germinating seeds indoors & then moving them into the greenhouse once theyve sprouted to harden them off before planting out on the plot...treating it like a coldframe (not that Ive grown in one of them either!)...then there is all the produce like peppers & toms etc that needs to be grown in a greenhouse/poly tunnel - could I use it for that? (albeit in a limited way due to its size)....
Feeling a bit lost as you can see & could do with some inspiration/help!
