Grenadilla (Passionflower) Seeds to give away
« on: March 09, 2007, 12:58:40 »
I have some SA grenadilla seeds that I dried which I would like to donate to anyone interested in growing it.  I am not sure how well it will do in this climate with regard to fruiting but we won't know until we try.  The plant reminds me of the UK passionflower but the fruit tastes great - added to fruit salads - not like the UK one.

It also makes a lovely shelter and grows quite quickly over a pergola / fence.  I am planting mine on the lottie to form a wind barrier for my asparagus bed.

Any takers let me have your details.  No swaps necessary.

Regards and enjoy the week-end on the lottie!
