Sorry to make your life even more complicated Dan but Rosebud is having trouble getting back on site.
 
Her origional ID and password are not being accepted so she tried registering under a new name. She was supplied with a new password but she still can't get back.
Is there anything you can suggest to help her out?

I presume you have her e.mail address? If not I'll send any info on to her.
