Arum Lillies
« on: January 28, 2007, 11:32:49 »
I have two Arum Lilly plants in my new garden ( just moved house). I want to split them up & give one to our daughter. Can I do this during the winter ,or should I wait for the spring . Any advice on these plants would be helpful as I have never had them in my garden before.

I live in the south and would not be worried about splitting my arum lilies now, if you are further north and the lilies are outside i would wait a few weeks, if you have a green house you could always do them now and leave them inside for a couple of weeks and slowly introduce to the outside later.

Thanks for your reply, We live in Cornwall, so I will have a go at the Lillies at the weekend ,all being well with the weather.
