It's not my top tip, but I was at a nursery yesterday, watering whilst the owner is away, and noticed that she uses the top of fingers of rubber gloves, to put on the top of sticks bought together for a pyramid! Not only stops you poking your eyes out, but helps to hold the sticks together as well!! Thought it was a good idea! Dottie P.
