Can anyone reccomend any mini sunflowers I can grow in pots for gifts at a friends wedding at the end of June?

I grew Dobies Big Smile, which grew to about 10 - 12" last year

Hopefully this picture will come out and you can see from the number of bricks of the wall, just how small it is

I grew Teddy Bear sunflowers last year. They were about a foot tall and really sturdy plants with lots of flower heads. The flowersw were very 'squidgeable', and I couldnt resist giving them a squeeze whenever I walked past them . ;D

Unfortunately, I cant offer you any seeds, as I put the flowerheads on a rack in the garden to finish flowering for a few days, and the birds thought it was a free party. They ate the lot ::) I've learned my lesson , and will dry them in the shed next year!!
