south wales allotments

be gentle im new

can anyone point me in the direction of  site or phone number that i cn ring/access to find out if there are allotments available in my area?? Im wanting to start one to try and get a  bit more green fingered adn to support my family wiht plenty of fresh veg adn fruit

Hi benji!  I googled 'allotment & my town name' and found out our local town council deals with the lotties in our area (rather than the county council for instance) so I'd suggest that, then give them a call and see if there are any free.  Good luck & keep us posted of how you're getting on x
