looking for a quail and a rat
« on: December 24, 2006, 18:25:23 »
 ;)
honestly i am!
does anyone know of either of the following looking for a new home?

1.) chinese painted quail hen, not a very young bird. i recently took in 2 for a lady but sadly one has since died leaving an elderlyish hen on her own and she is pining :'(
a pair of hens would also be ok.
can anyone help find jenson a friend?

2.) baby male rat or a neutered male rat.
i took in a charming boy this afternoon and though he is not well enough for a companion yet he will be as soon as we have got rid of the mites!
i have no idea to the age of spongy fred, but i dont feel risking a general anesthetic to get him neutered would be wise :-\

i just thought i would ask as i have asked around, but unless i go to a petshop (which i wont do) i cant seem to find any (quails that is, the rat only arrived today!)

cheers!
