Walled Kitchen Garden
« on: January 14, 2007, 16:16:55 »
Hi Gang,

As per other post trying to get some ideas to look at a self build.

I would love a walled kitchen garden, and i have visions of walling up an area before we build the house and pop a couple of pigs into turn the ground over for 6 months before i plant it up.

I am thinking that an area 60ft by 60ft would make a good walled garden.

There would be a greenhouse in this area as well which would be feed heat from the house ( it would go in after the pigs  ;D

I am looking to have 2 gray water storage units to feed the house toilets and the kitchen garden.

Whats everyones opinion?

Louise
