I hope your health stands the pace. I've had two major breakdowns, from totally different things, in the last ten years, and recovered from both. You do get there in the end.

:D Steve a question about rotation I spoke to you before about Crop Rotation but I never got back to you, two books I have contradict each other and differ from you. Collins Kitchen Garden puts potatoes in the same group as roots. Susan Berger Allotment Gardening put onions and roots together also tomatoes and potatoes together. It is confusing when different books and peoples knowledge conflicts, so hears what I am going to do . Potatoes are going on their own in a already well manured patch I will need plenty thats why there on their own, I wouldn't put roots in there for obvious reasons. Neither would I put toms in under your advise and I read somewhere keep them far apart. I know onions get manured and roots don't but I want to try interchanging them to fool the carrot fly I know some people try this and I want to give it a go. What do think Steve does that sound alright and are there any recommendations cheers mate. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I think there's some sense in putting potatoes and toms together if you're growing outdoor toms since they're closely related and both get blight. Separating them by a few yards won't stop the disease spreading as it's airborne and, under the right conditions, grossly infectious.

That looks fantastic Steve, even as it is. I'd love a walled garden and I'm so jealous - can I come and help?
The photo of the wrought iron gate looks just as I imagine the gate to The Secret Garden.
Looking forward to hearing all about it.
