a plot (10 rod) is around 30' x 90'.....so yours is about a half plot..:)

Depends on the local allotment size, which varies. On my site that would be about 1/4 plot, but some sites have much smaller plots.

On my site, a 'standard' is 300 sq yds, whereas I have a full, or 'double' plot, of 600 sq yds.

Our standard is about 55ft x 25ft which seems to be a half plot by most others' reckoning.

A pole, or perch or rod as a unit of area, means a square pole, perch or rod, which is 5.25 yds by 5.25 yds, this giving an area of 27.5 sq yds.

On my site there are different sizes. They are all supposed to be the same but you can clearly see some bigger than others.

As Agapanthus said, the standard plot size was always 10 rods, these days I think they just split areas up into random sizes, I have one 6 rod plot And one of 5 rods
