trying to load photos onto message board. Should be some here if it hs worked.[/img][/img]

If you open a photobucket account, it's free, you can load your pics there then when you want to show them somewhere like here or on your own web site for example, you just copy the link associated with the picture, and paste it where you want to show it, It's really easy, and as I say it's free. Can't remember how much space you get, but it is something ridiculous like 1G.

Having read this I've just set up an account on Photobucket.
It's not clear though when you upload them do they disappear from your computer?  ???I don't want all my photos to go into cyberspace, just to have copies there. I'd like to show you all my allotment.

I upload pics all over the place, and I've never had one vanish yet. All it does is copy it to the site.

No you won't lose anything. All you are doing is copying the pics to the site, not moving them.
