Topic: Red Task bar?

KtLawson tells us that the Task Bar on here is Red and he cannot post a New Message as the words are missing. Any ideas anyone?

problem seems to be resolved at moment. brother in law spent over an hour on PC this morning. Adding new software and doing PC stuff. Problem appears to hav been with ISP security. Thankyou Palustris for posting message on message board on my behalf. ::)
