Glad to be back!

after a really good summer of growing, but having no puter, dam Mac hard drive had fatal crash....its good to be back.  will take a while to catch up with the zillion trillion unread posts....lol.  Silly season is in full swing at work, so not had much time for the lotty.  but have got the two greenhouses up and the new plot dug over.   we did have a good crop of sweet corn and dwarf french beans,  freezer packed with those. autumn and winter cabbages have been very good.  have made a good number of batches of spicy tomato chutney, the chillies we have grown are ranging from geez warm to battery acid hot....lol  the best news is the council actually clear a lot of bramble etc from dis used plots and at predicted by myself and site rep the uptake has seen 40 plots unused to less than a dozen in 2 months...a great vote and safe future being assured.
I hope you all had a positive summer and have a good winter season.
