beach/slope
« on: April 13, 2004, 14:21:47 »
Does the beach need to slope down all the way to the bottom of the pond? Or can I have it sloping down most of the way and then having a 9inch-ish verticle drop?

Hiya! As long as it is a gentle slope out of the surface of the water it does not need to be sloping down to the bottom.Frogs can get out quite easily like this:better still if you have plants around the edge, making for a solid piece of ground/earth that will hold as they hop/pull themselves out.The same goes for any would be water hedgehog!  :D
