Managed to get 48 of their plant buckets for just under £6 ;D ;D ;D.
Anyone have any suggestions what I can grow in them.Doesnt have to be now I can plan for next year

Silly Billy. Alishka will not be amused ;D I have quite a few buckets now, I found them much better than gro bags to use in the greenhouse. One thing they won't go bad.

suggest you run for the hills before alishka reads this thread!!

you can start off leeks, grow tomatoes, loads of things. they come in handy for supports for scaffolding planks to hold all your seedlings in spring....who needs fancy staging. :P

Did you blag them or are they on offer generally?

There are two branches near me, but I don't go there are they seem to be the exclusive domain of Saga louts.

Don't worry - not all over **'s are Saga Louts. I'm referring to the type that seem to go round in packs (coats on even in high summer), standing in everyone's way and complaining. Someone else I know refers to this tribe as cauliflower heads ;D

Ain't that the truth?! ;D The Cauli Mafia I call them. I actually got barged and knocked over by them at the bus stop once for daring to try and get on first (even though I'd been there about twenty minutes longer hehehehe)
