my big sunflower

Here is my effort for a Sunflower and its not flowering yet so may grow some more.  I am just 5ft  so this must be about 13ft

Really jealous, best I could manage was multiheads about 7ft and they got blown down with the strong winds.

This has been one pampered sunflower Lorna.  Been in a competition you see, dont know who has won yet   ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

But it's got a flower of some sort coming .... can you keep hold of it for that long? ;)

A lot of mine have blown over this week... with several inches of rain to soften the soil and they strong winds to rock them...
 :(
