Easter hols...what joy!

You can see how I have kept the kids occupied today - choccy chip cookies and shortbreads.



Problem is stopping them.........and me..ahem...from eating them all!  ;D

Hey EJ, sling me some shortbreads please, ain't had any really good ones since used to make them myself on our Aga when I was about 12 and, believe me, that is a very, very long time ago!  ;D

No Pat, the kids made them.  All I do is measure the ingredients and tell them what to do, they do the rest....oh and of course, I put them in and take the out of the oven.

Strange you should show baking EJ my grandson rang up today "can i come and help you bake Grandma".Hope he takes it all home with him.
