In an emergency - cut and come again salad, oriental saladini and pea sprouts?
Sow thickly and it won't matter if they're still small.
You could strew e.g. red and green leaved seeds so they form a pattern or message for added interest :o ;D

I wonder if my beet root will be ready... looks like i may have some cucumbers too coming up and maybe some patty pans and courgettes if they are still on the go - fingers crossed anyway!
