Topic: easy recipes

Hi everyone would anyone on this board consider looking in at the new recipe4all board and put any of there fav ones on that diabetics would be able ajust slightly it would be nice to have something different savoury or dessert. ;D thank you

I stuck a recipe in the veggie site Rosebud that could well be OK for you. Doesn't take much work - just the time it needs in the freezer.

My son has loads of recipes that don't contain sugar. Next time he comes out to see me I'll ask him to bring a few along.
