Te he, 70's child thing v good...remember well, bouncing on space hopper, then bouncing off space hopper onto concrete.  Was 6 and innocent and collected all the blinkin blonkin ladybirds in a big jam jar and watched in a fascinated stylee while they killed each other...

Hmm, not a nice child...

I could never get through to the multi coloured swap shop to swop my brother for a girls world without the hair extension bit chopped off...shame really.

My dad's favourite to sing to me as a kid was 'puff the magic dragon'. I think he was blissfully aware of what that was really about.  ::)

Hi Oz, red leb, black leb, rocky, resin, leaf (or blow as it's known as now) LSD, and that's just Monday  ;D .

Tried the lot, even some of the heavy stuff and it hasn't had an effect on me  :P :P :P 8). I'm still as crazy as a fox.

Cor, you all have lots of 70's memories......made me rack my brains...I had a chopper  :o Aqui, bright purple, well cool!  Had a yellow space hopper, purple flares and I remember mum and dads purple nylon bedroom carpet!  Dads song to me was Hole in my Shoe by Traffic, the first vinyl single I ever owned, and he bought it for me.  Aaahhh....now you got me all thinking bout my old dad..... :-[

The Headingley test was pretty good as well-even though Tony never did make them grovel.

Sorry to bore you all - but - as it's an Allotment Site, would anyone like to talk about the subject in question? 1976 - Allotment chat. Tough or what?

Check out the other areas on this site, its the best allotment site I've ever been in.

Its a bit like actually being on an allotment...chatting to folks about everything from plants to grandkids...
