And even more forms.  Loverly weather out there in the nursery, where was I all day, filling in forms, Risk assesment, safety officers reports, project managers reports, booking electrity, booking accomodation, booking signs and even filling in a form for what colour paint we need for the facade. Over 8 hours work all for a 35m2 show garden.

Q. how would you reduce the risk of accident on your stand.
A. lock it all up and go to the pub

Q. How would you save water on your stand
A. lock it all up and go to the pub

Q. Will you be having a dignitary visiting your stand
A. No we will be meeting in the pub.

That is how I felt like answering the questions by the end of the day. 

When it comes to actually building the garden the nearest I will get to a pint of ale will be the golden hop growing over the pergola. :'(

Shame you couldn't have held a Meeting at the pub to fill in the bloomin forms ACE - would have been a lot more fun ;)

Yes they are and I should be out there doing some work on it, intead of playing on here dressed in my jammies. Whoops 'too much information'

Wonderful ACE, and what a brill idea. Well worth the prize. I've got some watercolour pix my f-in-law, a great amateur water colourist, did in his eighties with his eyes nearly blinded by inoperable cataracts......when he sent them to me he told me to look at them from a distance, squinting.....I'd then see what he saw.....love those pics...he lived in Brussels and at that time could only paint what he had around him or could see from his window..so, thanks, too, for bringing back a memory...

What's this year's theme? Sensory garden? Big Secret? Can you tell us?
