Chestnuts.

Having bought a large bag of Chestnuts (dried) whilst away.I am now stuck as to what to do with them all.Apart from making them into stuffing i am at a loss.Yet another of those "it seemed like a good idea at the time" things.Any suggestions.? ??? ??? ???

I did a search on the www.ukfood.tv website for chestnuts and it came up with some delish recipes.

p.s.  just tested the link and it doesn't go to the recipes!  useless technology - however, just type chestnuts into the search window and they should all appear.   :-\

Thanks E J durrrr why didnt i do that ???????Never enough hours in a day i suppose and its only since i stopped working that i have had this problem.
