Offer of Rootrainers

Today Ordered a bulk order of Rootrainers.
50 complete trays, works out about £2.25 a piece
3 of us on my lottie club together to get them.

 a lot cheaper than the shops.

Thanks for that link, I've used these before with great success, but the price has always put me off getting more, but I think our club can take advantage of this offer.

i agree about the price. but when you can get complete kits for £2. 25  i think just how much mark up are retailers having?
rip off  Britian again?
but even if you dont hhave a club/association on your lottie,  worth 3 or more plotholders clubbing together I reckon
they say it wouldn't grow.....ha

Had 3 large boxes arrive this morning and have spent the last 1 1/2hr sorting out our orders.  lucky two of the plt owners live nearby so got them to collect.
can only say that  rootrainer deliver quick.
So will re pot leggy cabbage in them.
they say it wouldn't grow.....ha

Hi Celtic_Growers! Sounds like very good service. I've ordered some root trainers too but I am only waiting for one tray to be sent from Sarah Ravens amongst other things.I think rootrainers are brilliant, last yera I bought a tray from my local garden centre fro £3.25 in the sale! Bargain! i was so chuffed! Dan :-)

My Rootrainers arrived today. Vrey good and it came with a very good clear leaflet about using them e.t.c All in all, very good! Well done to 'the cutting garden'. R2D2

Aint it always the way.  you buy something and the day after you see it a) cheaper, b) someone offers you one.

just had a call from a friend in local nursery.
do you want some of this rootrainers?
What size.
the large ones 7" i think they are.
ok, how many
I can let you have 10 sets mate....give me a tenner.
Ok bring them round.

well I aint going to turn them down at that price.
I just got to buy more seed to fill them....lol

;D It is ALWAYS the way! I bought some bulbs last week, 15 gladioli 'Plum tart'= £4.50, next day 20 gladioli 'Plum tart' = 99p! I was a bit annoyed!  >:(
